Terms and condition

Arrival Notes:
➢ On the starting day of Tour, a WhatsApp group will be created by us, kindly use that for any further communication.
➢ Guest need to proceed to the Exit Gate & look for airport representative with guest name on Pla card.
➢ Customer need to wait for 10-15 minutes at the arrival gate once they meet our Airport Representative.
➢ The maximum waiting period is 90 mins from time of flight landing.
➢ All Tours and Transfer max waiting period is 10 min SIC basis and 30 Min on PVT Basis.
➢ Guest need to take care of their belongings while leaving Hotel or Car, Fly Thai will not be responsible for any belongings.

Hotel Notes:
➢ Standard Check in Time: 14.00GMT+4 *Early check in is subject to hotel availability & hotel may charge directly to
the guest.
➢ Standard Check out Time: 12.00 Late checkout subject to hotel availability & hotel may charge directly to the guest.
➢ Hotel may ask for SECURITY DEPOSIT up to 2000 baht Or Passport depends on the hotels policy.
➢ For any room facilities, hotel facilities and car parking enquiries, please contact the Hotel Reception directly.

Sightseeing Notes:
➢ Guest are not required to carry Passport for any sightseeing.
➢ In case of heavy traffic or raining, pick up time may vary by 30-45 mins.
➢ For Visit to Island, all guest are advised to carry extra pair of clothes, towel and slippers.
➢ For SIC booking, Pickup maybe delay by 20 to 30 minutes.
➢ Safari World and Marine Park will remain closed on all Mondays.
➢ Phuket Fantasea Show is Open Only on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
➢ Customer staying in Sukhumvit area pickup time may vary by 15 minutes.

Departure Notes:
➢ Departure from hotel will be done 4 Hrs prior to scheduled departure of flight; guests are requested to report
concierge for their presence at hotel lobby. For Example: for night flights from 21.30hrs-00.00hrs departure transfer will
be conducted at 18.00-18.30hrs.
Other Terms:
➢ For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, the request shall be subject to possibilities.
